David Cook bracelets?

Hey, anyone know what those elastic bracelets (green and reddish one) David Cook wears say? You know how they have the pink one for cancer and they used to have green for darfur, what do his say? And the bracelt(s) on his other arm, or the ones he wore on SNL, on his other arm, i think it/they was/were black, anyone know where to get those and his necklace too?
