Dietary advice on Coeliac disease?

In the UK at least all proven coeliacs are referred to a specialist dietitian to ensure gluten avoidance and a balanced diet. Much of the replacement foodstuffs are NHS prescribable and are given on prescription. These include bread, biscuits, cakes, rolls, flour and pasta. See your GP for advice, referral and to obtain these items.
