I want a spontaneous Vegas Wedding, he wants a Traditional Wedding!?

You can do spontaneous anywhere- all you need is a courthouse--and do a quick weekend trip to Vegas, or Chicago, Seattle, Toronto, or wherever is close to you and strikes your fancy. You can do the tourist thing, hit up the giant ball of string or the spam museum or whatever and get some fun photos, and go back home and have a celebration with your families in a more traditional manner. Do both. Just make sure that you are both happy.
