What is with this boy? Why does he get so tense and nervous around me??? Does he hate me or love me?

He likes you and lacks confidence to aproach you...he doesnt love you..he does not know you...?..if you just smile at him...he might relax..and maybe u cud say hello eventually but take it slow as hes nervous!
