Logging into friend's myspace.?

So my friend asked me if I would go onto her profile and fix her layout and make her a music play-list. I said yes, and she gave me her email and pword. It keeps saying that the log in is invalid, but I really really don't think it is. I'll email her and ask if there's a typo in her information, but I'd like to know if there could be any other reasons why it wouldn't log in to her account. Could it be that she's online while I'm trying to log in?
