If i eat bran flakes, and drink only water, along with jogging once a day will i lose weight quicker?

No - if you starve your body, it will go into 'starvation mode' and store fat. To lose weight, you should aim to eat at least 1000 calories a day. Just eating bran flakes is so unhealthy for your body too, you will have little energy to exercise. Try filling up on fruit and veg and moderate amounts of carbs like pasta and potatoes. Try keep fat in your diet to a minimum.
