no no, Russia in fact needs more serious laws. In the UK you are made to sign secrecy act doents and all sort of other doent for even most trivila jobs. the rules are much stricter in most countries. Russia has been too lax and too liberal in the last 20 years. They cannot go on like that, it is a country too big to allow such breaches of security.
