Advise needed!!?

Well I like this boy for his personality. Ive talked to him for over a year on MSN (Hes not some perve hes my friends friends cousin IVE SEEN HIM ON WEBCAM) ..and we kinda just got introduced. His looks arent exactly the best, but I think hes kinda cute :P ..Thing is he just told me about something very personal to him. When he was born he had a blood clot in his head and he has to have a tube from his head to his stomach to remove like blood and stuff. He said its inside him but when I see it i'll think ewww. I didnt quite get this coz how could I see it if I was inside him? ..But anyways im not good with gross things helpp
