Most people hire an electrician. You will need to feed all of the cans with power, and switch them how you want them-either all in a room on one switch, several circuits on different switches, etc. There are different types of cans available depending on whether the ceiling is insulated, what size cans you use, etc. An electrician will have all of the knowledge, and will be able to help make your plan a reality.
