Which software is best for drawing up a very large family tree ?

The software must be capable of allowing a large family tree to be drawn and printed using a large plotter. The tree is more of an organogram and power point has proven to be not adequate to draw something this large (about 2 meters by 1 meter even after using small boxes). Key is that the tree be easily update'able and printable.
