Are there any Whitening/Brightening Lotions?

I need a lotion that has whitening OR brightening benefits to it for my skin. Is there any lotions like that in drugstores or in the mall? Oh and please don't tell me things like, "Ewww, you're going to look like Micheal Jackson," because I have been using skin whitening as part of my daily skincare for the past 2 years and I've never even turned chalky white. It's simply about just brightening the skin.
