Private homestay in Europe?

I plan to visit Germany, Czech, Austria and Switez by june2011 and i have 3/4 days for each country. I prefer private home stays in all these places for my family of 4 to make it budget and to get the feel of place with native food. Can i get this kind? i need yr suggestions. Kindly help me.
